Get yours hands on this brand new, Jurassic Park inspired Xbox One X.' As Ian looked out from the helicopter rising higher into the air, he spots a head peaking from the trees, first a single head, then two, until the whole herd was watching from the jungle. He remembers the previous day first seeing one from the ground as it walked across the plain, it was massive, awe inspiring, it was a Brachiosaurus, he could not believe he was seeing one with his own eyes at first, neither could Alan or Ellie as both had got out of the Jeep for a closer look at the giant. Coming back from his thoughts as the herd bellowed before going under the canopy of the jungle, he wonders what will come of this place, even though he warned John how the park was doomed from the start, he can’t help but wonder what will happen to the islands inhabitants, creatures from an era long removed from time, now living in a world that may not be ready for them. Again he is pulled away from his thoughts as he sees pelicans flying just above the water, looking out the window again to see the island, the jungle that hides its residents, growing ever smaller. The team escaped via the helicopter and the T-Rex let out a mighty roar, just as Jeff Golblum thought the worst was over.Little did he know that the roar was actually a trigger work, calling in a robotic suit, complete with jet propulsion. The fearsome beast has truly evolved and became Gizmo-Rex.Gizmo-Rex effortlessly caught up to the pesky escaping humans, fired some homing rockets and took care of them with ease.
Now it was off to the mainland where she can take back what is rightfully hers; The Planet. With a sullen look that turns to determination, Jeff Goldblum announces to any that can hear him that if he cannot defeat and control the dinosaurs as an outsider, he must lead them as their ruler. And with that, he sets off into the forest, gritting his teeth and preparing to establish himself as a force to be reckoned with on this humble island of dinosaurs.Goldblum is quickly set upon by a pack of velociraptors. They attempt an ambush, but cannot outmaneuver the agile Goldblum, who decisively defeats the entire pack in combat using nothing but his hands and irresistible, sultry charm. The raptors recognize him to be their superior, and deliver unto Jeff Goldblum the crown of teeth, signaling his status to all as King of the Raptors. From this pack of what will become his most loyal supporters, King Goldblum chooses a mate that will help him establish a noble lineage.Within days, this small raptor clan has begun spreading the Gospel of Goldblum to all corners of the island.
Their king, riding atop his close advisor and friend, Oscar the Tyrannosaurus Rex, travels to all corners of the land, building his kingdom by force where necessary, but peacefully when possible. After hearing word of his unparalleled combat skills and successes in battle, many flock to King Goldblum’s banner gladly, and without conflict. One by one, the entire population of dinosaurs gladly accepts that life finds a way, and the way is Jeff Goldblum. A sweaty, beaten, sultry Jeff Goldblum looks back towards the island. His eyes smouldering as he sees. The thick overgrowth of land stretching before him. The trees vibrated with energy as he reminisced the journey he had just completed and the future to come.
The longer he stared at the trees, the more his brain began to form an outline of another reptilian creation. Shaking his head he drew his eyes away from the hallucinations. With a gulp he looked at the group of people that remained. The people he had almost died with, and reveled in the sense of family that had formed.
Laughter rose in his chest and as it reached his throat he let it out.Laughter filled the helicopter, causing everyone to turn to him. Tears streamed down his face as he continued to laugh harder and harder.
It seemed to be contagious because within minutes the entire helicopter was filled with the sound of pure insanity.' Do you feel it? The urge to go back?
To try again?' Ian (Jeff Goldblum) asked through the tears.' I feel it even as the knowledge that I will surely die invades my thoughts.'
John sputtered in the now dying laughter.Just as the laughter fully faded a heavy silence fell upon everyone.' I can do better. We can do better. We can change the world. The very fabrication of what time even means. Let's make THEM better.'
Ian (Jeff Goldblum) huffed with a twinkle in his eye. After a few moments everyone gave a confident nod, as the helicopter rose higher.and higher into the sky. Malcolm stares outside the windowAlan: You ok MalcolmDr. Malcolm: How can I be? How can anybody here be?Ellie: Malcolm.Malcolm: No! Ian Malcolm relaxed in his seat as the helicopter's motors gently vibrated his chair. He propped his head against the window and watched the trees of Isla Nublar sway as they passed.
It wasn't how he had intended his visit to the island to go, but then again, what mathematician expects to be chased down by prehistoric dinosaurs? Malcolm smiled. It would make for a hell of a memoir, anyway. As the helicopter rounded the island and prepared to fly for mainland Costa Rica, a patch of foliage caught Malcolm's attention.
It rustled in a way that didn't seem natural. In a way that indicated something was moving through it. Something big.
Malcolm leaned his head forward and watched the trees. He felt his heart begin to beat harder. If they had gone through all this chaos, only to be taken down in the rescue chopper.Suddenly, the trees parted, and out came a scattered trio of pterodactyls.
Malcolm relaxed and sat back in his seat and watched the birds as they flapped around. They flew about in a frenzy, one going left, another going right. The other flew up and out of view. Damn beasts could still give him a heart attack yet.But wait.Something wasn't right. More foliage began to rustle, and more violently than before. Malcolm watched one patch rumbled, and then the one next to it, and the one next to that. More and more shook until it looked like Isla Nublar itself had begun to vibrate.
Malcolm looked from his window towards the interior of the helicopter to tell the others, and was surprised to find that Drs. Ellie Sattler and Alan Grant had already gotten up from their seats and were staring out the window. Lex and Tim were asleep in their seats, and Hammond remained on the other side of the helicopter, oblivious to what the others were seeing, or choosing to pretend he didn't see it.' What is that?' But the old man refused to turn.'
Cause, and I'm not the expert here, but there's no way a T. Rex could be making that much fuss on its own.' He continued.Hammond didn't respond. Malcolm turned back towards the window. They were approaching the end of the island.
He still felt uneasy. What could that old man have cooked up that can do that?Suddenly, as if answering Malcolm, a crack of thunder roared as a bright blue wave came shooting from inland, splintering and vaporizing the trees and reaching out several meters firm the island. The shockwave ran through the helicopter, causing it to tip, throwing Ellie and Alan backwards toward the other side of the cabin and jolting Tim and Lex awake.' What the hell was that?!' Grant yelled from the floor of the cabin, trying to regain his footing. Malcolm watched the treeline, or what should be the treeline, as it was now a patch of flat land engulfed in blue flames.
What trees remained blazed and crackled, tossing their smoke up into the air high above the island.Another crack of thunder, and a brilliant beam of blue light spewed from further inland, reaching even further outward. The helicopter tipped again, and Malcolm watched as the shockwave blasted against the window, causing fractures across it.The surviving trees rumbled and cracked apart as something lurched forward and out into view. It's head came up above the treeline, then the rest of its titanic body. The beast must have been ten times the size of a T. Rex, if not more. It's black scales glistened in the blue flames, and Malcolm felt his mouth open.
At least 100 meters tall, the creature had rigid, uneven spikes running down its back. It walked on two legs, using its arms to bat away remaining branches. It brought its head back, and lurched forward with a roar, shattering the window, and sending Malcolm's head backward. The helicopter began to roll as its alarms went off. Malcolm gripped his seat as he tried to keep a view of the creature. It looked around and found the helicopter. It brought its head back, and inside its mouth, Malcolm could see a blue light begin to glow.
Just as it brought its head forward again, a pterodactyl flew into view, heading towards the helicopter. The beast roared again, spewing a blue plasma-like beam. The pterodactyl was caught in the beam as it shot upward, clipping the helicopter on its rear rotor blades. Malcolm saw in an instant the bird become vaporized, the few surviving bones falling to the water. And then the helicopter began to follow after it, it's tail section having been turned into liquefied metal.
The sound of alarms drowned out the screaming of the other passengers, and Malcolm closed his eyes and braced himself for the impact. The helicopter crashed into the water, and began to slowly flood. Malcolm blinked to get rid of the dizziness, and looked to undo his seatbelt. He freed himself, and looked around the cabin. Alan and Ellie had started to unlatch the kids, and Hammond was slumped back in his seat. Whether he was dead or unconscious, Malcolm didn't know. He stumbled out of his seat and hurried to the cabin door. He pulled on it, but felt exhausted as it opened only a few inches.
He looked over and found Hammond still clutching his cane. Malcolm grabbed it and jammed one end into the opening. He braced himself and pushed against the cane, feeling the door give inch by inch.
The water in the cabin had reached his knees, and by now the alarms had all died and had been replaced with the frantic screaming of the kids.Grant hurried over to Malcolm's side, propped his hands on the door and began pushing. Malcolm gave the cane one last push, and felt it splinter in his hands. The door had opened enough for them to barely squeeze through.
Malcolm found the life raft containers hanging above the seats and grabbed one. He activated and tossed it out the door as it inflated, and he helped usher the kids out onto it. Finally, he undid the seatbelt for Hammond, and he and Grant each took an arm and carried the old man out the door, placing him in the raft. Then Malcolm and finally Grant. He hopped aboard the raft as the helicopter took on more water. Grant pulled the raft over towards the cockpit. He peered inside, but looked back at Malcolm and Sattler and shook his head.Malcolm looked around the water and found pieces of the broken helicopter blades. He grabbed them, and silently handed one to Grant and one to Sattler.
He and Grant began to paddle, but both men quickly gave up and slumped back into the raft, exhausted.Just then, another roar, and they all turned their heads back toward the island. Standing head and shoulders above the green foliage of Isla Nublar, the creature flung its head up, shooting another beam of blue plasma into the air. The sky darkened as the beam continued, sending shockwaves through the water. The raft jeered and Ellie gripped Tim and Lex tighter. It spotted the helicopter and her crew in the water. Malcolm had prepared to jump if another beam came their way, but instead the monster turned around, and walked back into the mountainside. The island continued to shake with each step it took, growing quieter until it finally died down. For a while, the raft was silent, save for the soft crying of the two children in Ellie's arms.
Malcolm was the first to speak up.' Grant,' Malcolm calmly began, 'did you ever see that kind of dinosaur in one of your dig sites?'
'That was no dinosaur.' Grant replied, he didn't take his eyes off the island, certain the beast would come back any moment and finish vaporizing them.' Are you sure? They didn't teach you about giant, skyscraper sized dinosaurs that breathe fire?'
'For Christ sake, Malcolm, this isn't the time for-'Titanus Gojira'Grant and Malcolm looked to their side, and found John Hammond propping himself up on his elbows. He got up in a sitting position, and looked back at the two of them.' Titanus Gojira is her name.' Hammond's voice was shaky, 'well, it was a working title, really.
It's official name was to be Godzilla.' Grant's eyes widened. 'You mean you created that thing?'
Hammond replied. 'A splice of, well, a lot of things.
Gorilla-'And the fire breathing? Where exactly did you splice that from?' Malcolm asked.Hammond began to speak, when a roar came from deep inland. Everyone turned, but there was nothing to be seen.
Hammond turned back around and Malcolm dropped a piece of blade in his lap.' We'll all take turns paddling. We're still a ways away from the mainland, so you'll have plenty of time to explain what that thing is and more importantly, why you felt it was even remotely a sane idea to bring it to life.' Hammond sighed and grabbed the blade and brought it over the side of the raft into the water.
Grant grabbed another piece and did the same. They began to move, and Malcolm turned and gave one last look to the island.Isla Nublar. An island teeming with life never before seen by man. With any luck, the six of them would never find themselves on there ever again. Malcolm sat back and watched the waves of the ocean move back and forth. But God help whoever does.
As Ian looks out the window, he sighs with some relief. The nightmare is ove-THUMPScreeching is heard from on top of the helicopter and is jerked backwards. A pterodactyl has latched on to the tail of the helicopter. Everyone screams.Grant gets up and goes to the cockpit.' Theres a pterodactyl latched on to the helicopter!' The main pilot looks at his co pilot.
'Take control.' He gets up and grabs a harpoon that was in the emergency box. He goes to the door of the helicopter and opens it up. Grant follows. The pilot fires the harpoon at the pterodactyl. It screeches and let's go.
The pilot forgets to let go of the harpoon and is pulled out of the helicopter as the helicopter starts spinning back towards the island. Grant looks back to Ian. 'We lost our pilot!'
Ian gets up and walks towards the cockpit.' Where are you going?' 'I'm going to help the co pilot!' Ian sits down in the pilot chair and takes control.'
We're gonna try to land the helicopter!' The helicopter continues to spin out of control until it crashes back on the island. Everyone dies in the crash. No one leaves Jurrasic Park. After the horrifying events of the day, the survivors of the Jurassic Park Incident are shepherded into the escape helicopter. Grant takes one last look at the island as the copter flies away, and sighs in relief. He is soon distracted however, by the beaming face of John Hammond.'
So how did you like it?' Said the old man.' Replied Grant.' The experience! That must of been incredibly thrilling! We tried to make it the most realistic experience possible.
I hope you were convinced! So will you sign off on the park?' 'Wait, so none of that was real?!' Hammond laughed, 'of course not! It was a show, like a flea circus. All automated of course, top of the line effects by Stan Winston Studios. You didn't actually think we cloned Dinosaurs, did you?'
'But, I saw people die!' Cried Grant.' Actors by dear friend!
Top of the line, spared no expense! Look, we even got Jeff Goldblum!'
'Yup, this was a taxing job but I'm glad to be a part of the first interactive movie experience' replied what Grant thought was Ian Malcolm.' Son' said Hammond, 'the whole experience was based on the Jurassic Park novel, how didn't you notice?' 'I'm not a fan of fiction' said Grant sheepishly.
'So that was all fake? Just a story?' 'Absolutely' beamed Hammond, so will you endorse the park?Grant promptly fainted on the spot.
Dr Malcolm closes his eyes, the sound of the helicopter slowly fades away. Then another sound starts, a gutural sound, he then open his eyes, everybody is already looking at the island, something is moving. The island, slowly but surely is getting bigger and bigger. As countless trees, rocks and dinosaurs start dropping in the ocean. The island, is not a island. As it stood once again gigantic, standing in the ocean, nobody can pronounce a word. The pilot, remembering what his great-grandfather said about legends of his country, whisper a name don't believing himself: 'Go-Godira.'
Any dinosaur can get sick, regardless of what they’re doing, but you can minimise the impact and cure them quickly. To do this you’ll need to have:. a powered, working ranger station with at least one ranger crew. researched the cure for the sickness.Be sure to prioritise getting these two things as soon as you can. How do you know a dinosaur is sick in Jurassic World: Evolution? If a dinosaur becomes sick you’ll see a small icon appear at the top of the screen. It looks like a small splat or smear, though it’s supposed to represent a virus. How do I heal the sick dinosaur?. First, find the sick dinosaur or dinosaurs.
Go to the mini map and roam around till you see the sickness icon, then exit the mini map to see the dinosaur in question, which will have the sickness icon floating above its head. You can try to build a fence around it to lock it in and keep it away from the other dinosaurs but this doesn’t always work. Diseases can jump between dinosaurs including, bizarrely, poisoning. You will need to have built a ranger station so if you haven’t, quickly build one as you’ll need it so the rangers can dart and heal the dinosaur. Click on the dinosaur to see what the sickness is. If you know you can cure the disease, go to the next step. But if not, go to the research screen and look at the “medical research” option.
Some diseases have green ticks, some are yellow meaning you need to research them and some are locked away till later levels. Your animals will never catch the locked diseases till you can cure them, so don’t worry about those.
Sweep the mouse/pointer around till you find the disease. If it’s green you’re good to go, if not you’ll need to research it right away. When you’ve got a researched cure, go to your ranger station, choose a ranger team and give them a new task. Then move the pointer to the sick dinosaur and click. Each ranger team can have two tasks by default, so you may need to repeat this for all sick dinosaurs. You can also take direct control of each ranger team and dart the dinosaurs in first person view but this is very time consuming.Hey presto, the sickness has been cured.
But it may come back, because the game loves to throw a spanner in the works. What if you don’t have a cure and can’t research it in time?If you can’t research the cure then you’re up dinosaur creek. One option is to use a helicopter from your ACU centre (if you have enough money) to tranquilise the dinosaur and then use a helicopter transport team to transport it to a separate fenced off area to die. Or alternatively, transport it and then sell it. Either way, your priority when building any Jurassic World: Evolution park should be to research disease cures right away.Exciting as dinosaurs are they’re a great deal less exciting when they’re slowly decaying on your doorstep. Have fun being a dinosaur doctor.More Jurassic World: Evolution.
